- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My Fiancée called in advance of renewal to terminate her policy. Policy was renewed by agent despite call to cancel. One month later and we still don't have a refund. When I call the office for refund status the receptionist continues to make excuses and does not bear any responsibility for their error. Unacceptable!! On top of the terrible customer service, their auto insurance is drastically overpriced. We saved $200/year by changing agents.By Michael Winter, November 30, 2016
