- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I am sorry that it's that difficult to do your job or answer one question on price without condescending attitude. Been here a few times and never again. You're 100x better off going to the post office at Byerlys or using the self service kiosk than waiting in line to have these total witches that work here do the same thing.By L Wang, August 27, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This post office has very slow service. My visits usually take at least 20 minutes if not longer. I'm also experiencing issues with address forwarding - they have not accurately forwarded packages to our Roseville address, so they have been lost. It's been a month with the address change, and they are still not consistently forwarding mail and packages. I have never experienced issues with forwarding mail with post offices in other Twin Cities communities where I've moved to. They also do not answer my phone calls. I'm disappointed and surprised at the poor level of service at this post office.By Atsuko Sibuya, February 15, 2017
