- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This location is terrible. Poor customer service and rude staff. Most recently they were supposed to be open until 2PM on a Saturday. Arrived at 1PM to find a sign on the door stating they were closed due to being at max capacity. Unfortunate they are so poorly operated. May be time to consider adding some more hours on a Saturday if it is in this high of demand. Places like this are why people like to argue privately run businesses are better then letting the government do it. If you can go to a different location I highly recommend it.By K SG, June 05, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★You need to get there early because of the new computer system. They close at 5 but often are unable to accept more people after 4 or even 3:30 if the place is really busy. The ladies there were super helpful, kind, and fast. I cannot stress enough though that if you think you can get in at the last minute and leave with renewed tabs in under 10min you're living in a dream.By Shannon Krohn, May 28, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very short tempered staff 2 minutes after they let you in the door. She was the one handing out numbers and she was giving out death stares. After waiting in line outside for 20 minutes before they opened, I'd expect a little nicer behavior. The web site still calls this location a DMV office but the woman told me that's not right.
